You can delete your OnTrack account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open OnTrack and go to Settings.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
By request
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email operations@sesodiatechnologies.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will check that the request comes from the account holder, and confirm by email once it is done. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Section 4 of our Privacy Policy sets out what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long.
If you have never held an OnTrack account but believe we hold your phone number because someone else used Find Friends, section 6 of the same policy explains what we hold and how to have it erased.
